- Price is only for KR Address Rental + ISF
- Prices are only for 1 unit each
- You can buy multiple of each item, but you will need to pay ₱150 for 1 VOD & ₱350 for 1 Photobook (NETA) or ₱250 for 1 VOD & ₱550/kg dependening on actual Photobook weight/size (FETA)
- If you will win the event / raffle, a separate shipping fee will be charged for the prizes (towel/mug)!
- We can edit your isf based on the number of items you are able to successfully checkout
- You need to checkout the item yourself once it’s posted for sale on Weverse
- We will send you our KR shipping address after checking out
- If you are able to secure, we will send you a separate form so you can fill out your KR tracking number (once it’s available).
- You need to declare your items and tracking numbers accurately because that’s our basis for shipping your items

If you do not pay the downpayment after 5 days, you will be considered a JOY RESERVER/BOGUS BUYER and your order will be cancelled automatically. You will be banned from ordering in the future and if you have any other transactions with me they will be cancelled as well. Likewise, if you do not pay for your balance on time (without informing me in advance), your order will incur a penalty of 50php/day late. If you do not pay for your balance 1 week after DOP, your order will be cancelled and you will be considered a JOY RESERVER/BOGUS BUYER.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. If you are a minor, please make sure that you have the consent and guidance of your parents when ordering.
2. No refund for cancellation of orders.
3. Pasalo is NOT allowed.
4. When ordering, please take note of payment deadlines. Late payments will incur a 50php/day penalty. If you have a valid reason, you can request for an extension for payment. Do not just act like nothing happened. Reasons such as "I forgot' or "I was busy" are not valid. If you haven't paid and are unreachable 10 days after payment deadline, your order will be cancelled automatically. No refund will be issued for any payments made. I am also not obligated to remind you of your payment. Please be responsible when ordering.
If you need a payment extension, inform us in ADVANCE - before the payment deadline - and give a SPECIFIC date of payment which will be subject to approval. With this, we will NOT charge late fees. However, if you do not give prior notice late fees will be charged.
5. You will also not be allowed to order more items if you have LATE unpaid orders.
6. Please take an unboxing video when opening your package in case of complaints. No unboxing video, no refund.
7. I will not be held liable for damages caused by the courier or any factory defects especially for sealed items.
8. Please always be respectful. Rude, demanding, sarcastic, aggressive, passive-aggressive behavior towards any of the shop staff will NOT be tolerated. Your order will be cancelled & refunded, and you will be BLOCKED.
9. Please be patient – as much as possible, I will try my best to follow the timeline I set. But there are instances when there will be delays that I can not prevent. I will always be transparent about these matters. I will give constant updates about arrivals, shipments, and the like.
10. As much as possible, please know what you are ordering. If you are buying something, please read information about it first, especially if it's readily available in the store's website -- for example, album details, clothing sizes, color, etc.
11. Usually information such as deadline of payment/ordering, amount for downpayment, and the like, are stated in the website when ordering. Please read the whole product information first before asking questions. If there's anything you don't understand, you may DM @orangelemoncs on Twitter.
12. For orders above 10k, we will require a down payment of at least 25% of your total.
13. Please take note that late payment will incur a penalty of 50php/day late, if you do not inform me in advance.
