TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. If you are a minor, please make sure that you have the consent and guidance of your parents when ordering.

2. No refund for cancellation of orders.

3. Pasalo is NOT allowed.

4. When ordering, please take note of payment deadlines. Late payments will incur a 50php/day penalty. If you have a valid reason, you can request for an extension for payment. Do not just act like nothing happened. Reasons such as "I forgot' or "I was busy" are not valid. If you haven't paid and are unreachable 10 days after payment deadline, your order will be cancelled automatically. No refund will be issued for any payments made. I am also not obligated to remind you of your payment. Please be responsible when ordering.

If you need a payment extension, inform us in ADVANCE - before the payment deadline - and give a SPECIFIC date of payment which will be subject to approval. With this, we will NOT charge late fees. However, if you do not give prior notice late fees will be charged.

5. You will also not be allowed to order more items if you have LATE unpaid orders.

6. Please take an unboxing video when opening your package in case of complaints. No unboxing video, no refund.

7. I will not be held liable for damages caused by the courier or any factory defects especially for sealed items.

8. Please always be respectful. Rude, demanding, sarcastic, aggressive, passive-aggressive behavior towards any of the shop staff will NOT be tolerated. Your order will be cancelled & refunded, and you will be BLOCKED.

9. Please be patient – as much as possible, I will try my best to follow the timeline I set. But there are instances when there will be delays that I can not prevent. I will always be transparent about these matters. I will give constant updates about arrivals, shipments, and the like.

10. As much as possible, please know what you are ordering. If you are buying something, please read information about it first, especially if it's readily available in the store's website -- for example, album details, clothing sizes, color, etc.

11. Usually information such as deadline of payment/ordering, amount for downpayment, and the like, are stated in the website when ordering. Please read the whole product information first before asking questions. If there's anything you don't understand, you may DM @orangelemoncs on Twitter.

12. For orders above 10k, we will require a down payment of at least 25% of your total.
